Returns / Exchanges / Delivery Claim

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your WAPO Wear purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will offer you full exchange or refund of your purchased swimwear 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are offered only on full price swimwear items. Sale swimwear items can not be refunded, only exchanged. Exchange is available based on product availability at the time of request. We require merchandise be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached. We will not be able to accept return or exchange of any item which will not meet this conditions. Refunds on full price items will be credited to the payment method used at time of purchase.

All underwear products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the www.wapowear.com.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method and those shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Non-EU customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges and returns as well as any taxes and/or duties related to the order.

WAPO Wear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If you have problem with the delivery of your package please contact us on info@wapowear.com and we suggest also to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation email. Delivery can be reclaim only after 30 days  period is overdue.

In case of undelivered order WAPO Wear s.r.o. has 60 calendar days to investigate issue with delivery provider before partial or full refund is processed.
