Returns / Exchanges / Delivery Claim

As of October 1st 2023 all swimwear and underwear is on final clearance sale. No refund or return possible. By submitting order on www.wapowear.com customer agree with these terms and condition.

Before submitting an order customer must agree with terms and condition otherwise order cannot be submitted. This is secured by ticking an "agree with terms and condition" box before customer continues in check-out. Customer is obliged to read these terms and condition before submitting an order on www.wapowear.com

WAPO Wear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If you have problem with the delivery of your package please contact us on info@wapowear.com and we suggest also to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation email. Delivery can be reclaim only after 30 days  period is overdue.

In case of undelivered order WAPO Wear s.r.o. has 60 calendar days to investigate issue with delivery provider before partial or full refund is processed.

Europe 5 - 10 business days
USA & Canada 10 - 15 business days *
Rest of the world 15 - 20 business days *

Delivery can be claim only after 30 days period from shipment day is overdue.
