Returns / Exchanges / Delivery Claim
Exchanges are offered on sale and full price items. Sale items can not be refund only exchanged. We require merchandise be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached. We will not be able to accept return or exchange of any item wich will not meet this conditions. Refunds on full price items will be credited to the payment method used at time of purchase.
We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the www.wapowear.com.
Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method and those shipping costs are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.
WAPO Wear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
If you have problem with the delivery of your package please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we suggest also to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation email. Delivery can be reclaim only after 30 days period is overdue.
