Delivery Terms

Estimated delivery times:

Europe	5 - 10 business days
USA	10  business days *
Rest of the world	15 - 20 business days *

 

* Late shipment cannot be claim due to long custom clearance process

In case an unclaimed package by customer order cannot be refunded. Order can be re-shipped for additional shipping charges.

Delivery can be claim only after 30 days period from shipment day is overdue.

In case of undelivered order WAPO Wear s.r.o. has 30 calendar days to investigate issue with delivery provider before partial or full refund is processed.
